Zé Perdigão as a guest with the Festival of Fado and Tango arrives

The renowned Portuguese fado singer Zé Perdigao will be the 4th international guest. Porteño Tango Festival of Fado and that the 31 October to 2 November will offer three days of concerts with free admission in different rooms porteñas.
