Open call for artists, promoters, diffusers and communicators tango.

As part of the preliminary World Tango Bs. As. and with the participation of the Capital Municipality the city of San Miguel de Tucumán will have its first Tango Expo.

The initiative seeks to show the potential that Tango has in the city through its main references, artists, Cultural teachers and managers who have been working for years in the promotion and dissemination of the genre through different expressions.

Within this framework and with the collaboration of Councilor Lucho Argañaraz, the main referents met in order to agree on a plural table of Tango to set short-term objectives, medium and long term.

That is why a call was opened until the 24 May so that those who want to participate in the Expo Tango register in order to make their work visible (The call is addressed to dance academies, plastic arts, dress, artisans, writers, researchers, organizers of Milongas and anyone who wants to show their contribution to Tango in the capital city) for this they must leave their contact to the email [email protected] or via WhatsApp to 3814476675 (Martin Concha Mendez).

It will take place on 30 of May in the historic Paseo de la Independencia (San Lorenzo and Congress) from pm. 15:00 a 22:00 with a cycle of activities that will range from free Tango classes and will end with a milonga with a live orchestra.
