this monument, work of the sculptor Estela Trebino and engineer Alejandro Coria, pays tribute to the most emblematic musical genre of Buenos Aires City.

It was opened in 2007, the 22 of November, Music's day. Abstract figure bellows reaches 3,5 meters high and resembles a bandoneon, infaltable instrument in interpreting the tango.
